1.2 By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. SPECIFICATION OF GOODS

2.1 All products are made to measure based on the specifications you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements and details are correct.

2.2 We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer.

2.3 All sizes and measurements are subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances (typically +/-5mm).

2.4 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, textures, and finishes may vary due to screen differences and material variations.

2.5 We recommend ordering samples before purchasing to ensure suitability, as made-to-measure items cannot be resold.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.

3.3 We accept payments via:

Debit and credit cards
Stripe (secure online payment processing)
Apple Pay
Google Pay

3.4 Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received and cleared.

3.5 If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

4.3 You are responsible for checking your order confirmation carefully. We cannot accept liability for errors once production has begun.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 We deliver within the UK.

5.2 Delivery timescales are estimates and provided at checkout.

5.3 We aim to deliver within 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Delivery is carried out by third-party couriers. Delays outside our control (e.g. weather, logistics issues) may occur.

5.5 Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

5.6 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

6.1 As all products are made to measure, you do not have the right to cancel, return, or receive a refund once production has started.

6.2 This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which excludes bespoke goods from cancellation rights.

6.3 If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. Cancellation may only be possible before production begins.

6.4 This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

7. GUARANTEE

7.1 Our products are covered by a guarantee against manufacturing defects.

7.2 If a fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product where appropriate.

7.3 This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or accidental damage
Incorrect installation
Commercial or non-domestic use

8. LIABILITY

8.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot legally be limited.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
