All products sold on Emerald Blinds & Curtains are made to measure according to the specifications provided when ordering.

Production typically takes 10–15 working days.
Once your order has been manufactured, it will be dispatched for delivery.

All blinds and curtains sold on our website are made to measure products.

Because of this, items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or damaged.
