Made to Measure Curtains - Measurement Guide
Ordering bespoke curtains from us is super simple — you only need two measurements: width and drop. Once you’ve got those, we’ll take care of the rest and deliver beautifully tailored curtains that fit perfectly. 💫
For the most accurate results, always use a metal tape measure. Fabric or plastic tapes can stretch and give you incorrect numbers, so double-check everything before you order.
If you’re unsure about anything, just give us a call — we’re always happy to help.

Eyelet Heading Info
-
Eyelets are designed with around 3cm of fabric above the metal ring, giving a clean, professional finish.
-
Eyelet size: 4cm internal diameter (fits most standard poles).
-
Fullness is slightly different: eyelets are made to 75–80% fullness for the perfect wave effect.

Fullness & Fabric Width (All Heading Types)
-
Pencil Pleat & Pinch Pleat curtains are made to 100%+ fullness (approx. double your pole/track width).
-
Eyelets are made to 75–80% fullness.
-
All curtains are manufactured to the nearest half width (1 fabric width = approx. 130cm, can vary by ±10cm).
-
Curtains wider than a single fabric width will include a neat join.
Example (Pencil Pleat):
Pole width: 195cm
Each curtain panel will use approx. 195cm of fabric, giving a total of 390cm — this creates a generous gather.
